Privacy Policy

This policy explains how ITS LLC collects, uses, stores and protects personal data when you use onescreen.ge and the OneScreen Android app. We process data in accordance with the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

1. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, phone number, job title and password (stored only in hashed form).
• Company and billing data: company name, ID code, address, invoices and payment history.
• Uploaded content: images, videos and playlists.
• Device data: device identifier, model, app version, IP address, connection status and last activity time.
• Technical logs: sign-in history, IP address, browser type and security logs.
• Analytics data: website usage data, only with your consent.
• Correspondence: messages and requests you send us.

2. Purposes and legal bases

• to provide the Service and perform our contract with you;
• to issue invoices and tax documents, based on legal obligations;
• for security, fraud prevention and service improvement, based on legitimate interest;
• to send service notifications (invoices, payment reminders, device offline alerts);
• for analytics and advertising, only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

3. Customer content

For content you upload, we act as a data processor: we process it only on your instructions and only to display it on your screens. If your content contains other people's personal data (for example, photos of people), you are responsible for the lawfulness of its processing.

4. Sharing data

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared only with:

• providers essential to running the Service (such as email delivery infrastructure);
• the Revenue Service of Georgia, to issue tax documents;
• banks, to process payments;
• Google and Meta, only if you consent to analytics or advertising cookies. These companies may process data outside Georgia, including in the United States, under their own policies;
• competent authorities, where required by law.

Some pages load fonts and interface libraries from external services (such as Google Fonts), which means your browser shares your IP address with them. The video on the home page uses YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode and loads only when you start it.

The Service's servers are located in Georgia.

5. Retention

Account data is kept while your account is active and for 90 days after cancellation. Invoices and tax documents are kept for the period required by tax law; technical logs for 90 days.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction, deletion, restriction of processing or portability of your data, and withdraw any consent you have given. See the data deletion page for deletion requests. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Service of Georgia.

7. Security

We use encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed password storage, two-factor authentication, access controls and regular backups. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Minors

The Service is intended for businesses and persons aged 18 or over.
